My Approach
A proven process for delivering exceptional results
Phase 1: Understand & Architect
I start by understanding your data, use case, and retrieval strategy. What does the model need to know? What belongs in the context window? How should we chunk, embed, and retrieve? A clear architecture before any code saves weeks downstream.
Phase 2: Build & Evaluate
Prompts are written, tested, and measured — not guessed. I build streaming interfaces, set up RAG pipelines, wire function calling, and iterate on evals until the model behaves reliably. Every AI feature ships with fallback handling and graceful degradation.
Phase 3: Ship & Improve
After launch, the work continues. I monitor usage patterns, refine prompts based on real inputs, track cost and latency, and roll out improvements incrementally. Production AI systems get better with iteration — and I stick around to iterate.
